2009 Schedule of Services and Rates:
Boarding:
Stall Boarding - $550.00 per month
Includes 12 x 12 Stall, feeding of high quality grain and hay twice daily, stall cleaning daily, automatic waterer, turn out, blanketing, private tack locker, special discount at Sterling Meadows Feed and Tack Store, and use of all facilities.
Pasture Boarding - $300.00 per month
Includes pasture with shelter, feeding of high quality grain and hay twice daily, blanketing, special discount at Sterling Meadows Feed and Tack Store, and use of all facilities.
Additional Services:
Parasite Control - $10.00 - $15.00 every 8 weeks
This is a mandatory service provided by the stable to all stall and pasture boarded horses.
Riding Lessons - $35.00 - $50.00

Full Training - $250.00 per month
Includes 3-4 training / conditioning sessions per week.
Partial Training - $150.00 per month
Includes 1-2 training / conditioning sessions per week.
Training Session - $40.00 per session
Billed per session for horses not in a monthly training program.
Handling Fee - $10.00 per time
This fee is charged when boarded horses need to be held for vet, farrier, dentist or other service providers when the owner is not present to do so.
Veterinary Services:
Billed directly from the veterinarian to the horse owner.
Farrier Services:
Paid at the time of service by the stable and then billed to the horse owner.
Body Clipping - $125.00 per time
General Clipping - $10.00 per time
Clipping of bridle path and muzzle.
Grooming/Tack Up Service - $10.00 per time
Service for boarders who want their horses prepared to ride when they arrive. Untacking is also included in the fee.
First Aid - $10.00 per time
Examples are: cleaning and treatment of lacerations, applying leg bandages, hydrotherapy, soaking hooves for abscesses, applying meds to affected areas, etc.
Horse Hauling - $0.70 per mile, with a minimum charge of $100.00

Buyer's Finders Fee - 10% of sale price.
